Reduction (in volume and weight)
EcoLook
EcoLook is top seal packaging, being eye-catching when viewed from the front of the shelf and replacing the combination of a sheet lid and shrink film.
The use of top sealing is expected to reduce volume, weight and food loss through a hermetic seal and MAP.
Volume Up Tray
This is top seal packaging which replaces the sheet lid and shrink film, and the use of the flange raised into a trapezoidal, triangle or arc shape on both sides can reduce the artificial appearance of the top seal packaging and add a three-dimensional appearance.
The use of top sealing is expected to reduce volume, weight and food loss through a hermetic seal and MAP.

Paper: EdgeStand
A new paper type will be available for EdgeStand which is a gusseted stand-up pouch with a fold around the bottom and can be form-filled and sealed by the pillow packaging machine. We are preparing for mass production.

Paper: Hybrid Box
This is a gable top carton that combines the stiffness of paper and barrier properties of film. You can separate the film from the paper to dispose of them separately.
